Dr. Dukart-Harrington is a second-career nurse and nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping us all grow as humans taking care of humans. She has been a nurse since 2009, a nurse educator since 2014, and a nurse practitioner since 2014. She fell in love with nursing education during her nurse practitioner training, when she worked as a clinical instructor in Duke's accelerated BSN program. Prior to joining 成人头条, she was a faculty member at University of Portland School of Nursing and Health Innovations, where she taught in the BSN and DNP programs and served as DNP program director. She also works as a palliative care nurse practitioner and collaborates extensively with the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. When she is not teaching or caring for patients, you can find her dancing, reading, and spending time with her beloved family.

Academic Interests
Dr. Dukart-Harrington is dedicated to improving palliative care education for nurses at all levels, from students to advanced practice providers. She is especially passionate about how we communicate with our patients and with one another.
